Tommy Kestermann - Owner and Business Manager

Tommy Kestermann is a lifelong member of the Alexandria community. Tommy grew up hanging around his family’s shop, Foreign Car Service, in Old Town Alexandria, and worked there as a high school and college student. Watching his grandparents, parents and uncles work, then working alongside them with his brothers, taught him a valuable lesson of pride in work ethic and excellence in customer service.

Tommy went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Lynchburg College, serving as a team captain and playing in three NCAA tournaments and winning two conference championships. After college, Tommy joined the college coaching ranks, helping Hampden-Sydney college win a conference championship and a trip to the NCAA tournament before moving back home to Alexandria in 2019.

He works in federal software sales as his full-time job and resides in Alexandria with his family.

Conlan McCallister - Owner and Field Manager

Conlan McCallister is the son of two Marine Corps veterans, having spent time around the world before his parents settled down in Old Town Alexandria. Conlan attended Bishop Ireton High School, where he and Tommy became fast friends their freshmen year. Conlan and Tommy played football together at Ireton, with Conlan’s dad leading them as the team’s Associate Head Coach.

Conlan attended the New Mexico Military Institute and then the Merchant Marine Academy. After returning home, Conlan spent many years as a personal trainer at the Sport & Health in Old Town Alexandria. Combining his superhuman strength, friendly demeanor and his Old Town roots, Conlan has taken charge of the field operations for Old Town Moving. Conlan leads our crews, manages the warehouse, inventory, and logistics. He is there on moving day to make everything go as smoothly as possible for his neighbors.

Conlan resides in Old Town Alexandria.
